Energy work is self-healing. It's a life-long process encouraging self-reflection and self discovery. Part of that self-discovery is you exploring your own lineage and ancestry and how it informs your own approach.

+ What is Reiki? What is energy healing?
“Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life force energy,’ and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing. Energy Healing encompasses different types of modalities.
Everything is made up of energy. Our health is directly impacted by the energies it encounters. Energy Healing can cleanse stagnant energy, while creating space for deep healing and harmony. We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being.
+ What type of Reiki does Riana practice?
Riana is certified and attuned as a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher but combines different modalities and ancestral intuitive energy healing in her practice. This training program will certify you in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki.
+ Should I learn in-person or online? Is there a difference?
It’s all about preference and how you best learn.
+ Is it required that I have an energy healing / Reiki session done before taking the class?
Although it isn't required, it is highly recommended to have a session with any healing practitioner so you can experience energy healing first-hand and connect with it.
+ Do I need to do a Reiki / energy healing session with Riana?
It is not required but highly recommended. If you are not based in Honolulu you can also set up a consultation so that you can get to know her as a teacher and see if you connect or resonate with her methods. This is a beginning of a relationship so trust is important.

While Tarot Cards, Energy Healing, Breathwork and Intuitive Mentorship are all part of her tool kit, Riana takes a practical, relatable approach to self-discovery and healing. Her guiding principle is down-to-earth. Align your intentions with effective action to manifest the things you need and desire in this lifetime. This mindset is powered by grit, and the legacy of her ancestors, teachers, and mentors.
